Seeking an ADHD assessment can feel complicated: long pathways, unclear costs and uncertainty about what actually happens.
We have designed the assessment process to be clear from the outset. You will know what the assessment involves, what it costs and what to expect at each stage before you decide to proceed.
Not everyone who seeks an assessment has ADHD, and we think that is an important thing to say clearly. Our role is to look carefully at your experiences and help you understand them — with the same rigour whatever the outcome.

Complete your questionnaires
Once you've booked, we'll send you a small number of questionnaires to complete before your appointment.

Attend your assessment
Meet remotely with an experienced ADHD clinician for a comprehensive 2-hour clinical assessment.

Attend your follow-up
Once your assessment has been reviewed and your report finalised, attend a 15-minute follow-up appointment.

Post-assessment support
Following your assessment, you can choose two complimentary post-assessment coaching sessions with an independent coaching partner, helping you understand your outcome, reflect on what you have learned about yourself and consider practical next steps.
