Post-Assessment Coaching
After completing the Pernovia Health assessment pathway, you can choose to use two complimentary post-assessment neurodivergence coaching sessions. They are available regardless of whether your assessment results in an ADHD diagnosis.
Coaching is optional. Where more than one partner is available, you can read their profiles and choose the independent coach you would prefer to work with.
How it works
Support that begins after your assessment
The sessions offer space to reflect on your outcome, build greater self-understanding and explore practical ways forward.
Choose whether to take part
The coaching offer is optional. Choosing not to use it does not affect your assessment, report or any other part of the Pernovia Health service.
Choose an independent partner
You can review each available coach’s profile. After completing the pathway, you will be given the appropriate direct booking route for the coach you choose.
Book with your coach
You book directly into the independent coach’s availability. Their own booking terms and privacy information apply to the coaching service they provide.
Decide what to share
You may choose to share your assessment or report with your coach, but Pernovia Health does not routinely send diagnostic reports or clinical records to coaching partners.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a coaching session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will normally count as one of your two complimentary sessions.
Supportive and non-clinical
Coaching is not an ADHD assessment, diagnosis, medical treatment or psychological therapy. Independent coaches do not assess, diagnose, prescribe, give medication advice, provide clinical monitoring or deliver other clinical care on behalf of Pernovia Health.
Independent providers
Our coaching partners, including Ruth Bidmead, provide coaching as independent contractors and are not Pernovia Health employees or clinicians.
Each coach is responsible for their own booking system, coaching records, confidentiality, safeguarding, privacy arrangements and data protection for their service.
After the two complimentary sessions
You may choose to continue privately with your coach. Any ongoing coaching relationship, fees and arrangements are directly between you and the independent coach and sit outside the Pernovia Health assessment service.
If a safeguarding concern arises during coaching, the coach follows their own safeguarding and professional procedures and may share relevant information where lawful and necessary. Pernovia Health may be contacted where appropriate, but neither coaching nor Pernovia Health is an emergency or crisis service.
