- Pre-assessment screening and clinical questionnaires
- A comprehensive 2-hour clinical ADHD assessment with an experienced clinician
- Assessment against recognised diagnostic criteria
- A 15-minute follow-up appointment to discuss your diagnostic outcome, receive your completed report and ask questions
- A comprehensive written assessment report, normally finalised within 7 days
- Appropriate recommendations and next steps
- Two optional complimentary post-assessment coaching sessions with an independent coaching partner

Cancellations and rescheduling
What happens if your plans change
- More than 48 hours’ notice: full refund for cancellation.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: refund less a £50 administration fee.
- Failure to attend without notice: a £50 fee applies to reschedule.
- Up to two reschedules are free where more than 48 hours’ notice is given.
- Further reschedules attract a £50 administration fee.

Are there different assessment packages?
No. We offer one comprehensive adult ADHD assessment with a single, clearly explained fee.
Is medication included?
No. Pernovia Health is an assessment and diagnostic service, and does not provide prescribing or medication treatment.
Does payment guarantee an ADHD diagnosis?
No. Payment covers the assessment process. Whatever the outcome, the clinical findings will be explained clearly and a written report will be provided.
